Scuba Course and Instruction Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Additional Training Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because we reserve your spot and prepare in advance, all payments for courses and instruction are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review our policy carefully before booking:

Deposits & Course Materials

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Once issued, e-learning codes and course materials are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 14 days before your course start date:
  You may reschedule your course and instruction one time at no additional cost.

• 8–14 days before your course start date:
  You may reschedule your course and instruction with a $49 rescheduling fee.

• 4–7 days before your course start date:
  You may reschedule your course and instruction with a $75 rescheduling fee.

• 3 days or less before your course start date:
  You may reschedule your course and instruction with a $100 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows or cancellations on or after your course start date:
  No credits or reschedules will be issued.

• Failure to complete required course materials on time:
  If you arrive without completing all assigned e-learning or required materials, you will be asked to reschedule. Reschedule fees will apply based on the time of notice.

• Charter Dives:

  • If you are not prepared to participate in scheduled charter dives, a $75 charter rescheduling fee will apply to rebook your spot.

  • If you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled charter dives, you will be charged the full $100 charter fee per scheduled charter day.

After Your Course and Instruction Have Started

• Once training has begun, no credits or reschedules are available.

Additional Training Sessions

If you require extra dives or pool sessions beyond those included in your course and instruction, each additional session will be billed at $125 per session, plus any applicable entrance fees based on location.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• If we must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you may:

  • Reschedule your course and instruction at no additional cost.

  • Receive a credit on your account to use toward a future booking. No cash refunds will be issued.

Emergencies

• We understand true emergencies can happen. With documentation (such as a doctor’s note), we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule or credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be provided.
